This could be called "unintentional art". The painter is an unknown construction worker and the medium is protective paint on concrete. It's a section of the foundation of a concrete building being erected. This is the wall betwen the basement and the ground outside. However, take any other photo than this and it would be just another concrete wall.

The composition has been done very carefully as you will see if you try to do the math on it. Hint: It's all in the ratios. I've added a little darkroom magic. No manipulation; nothing has been added or removed. This is a photo.
